Check the sound. Speak and look for the microphone level to move. Keep this page open and your device awake. Use Pause for breaks.
Finish and listen. Choose Finish recording. Play a little back to check that the voice is clear.
Create your notes. Choose Create my notes, review the price at 3p/min and confirm using your prepaid credit. Your transcript and first note pack are included.

Processing limits

Each account can make up to 60 note-generation requests and 24 transcriptions in a rolling 24 hours. Recording with its first notes counts as one audio request. Credit is still required.

For service protection, there are shared daily capacity limits of 6000 note requests and 2400 transcriptions. A request becomes available again 24 hours after it was used. Only funded attempts count. Requests rejected before processing return reserved credit.

Reviewing, editing and downloading existing work uses no AI allowance.

How to check your AI notes

Check the transcript for names, numbers and technical terms. Then check that the notes and summary preserve the meaning. Use “Show source” beside a note and review “Details to check”. A matching quote does not guarantee a correct interpretation.

Where is my recording saved?

In this browser: your working notes and finished audio recover on this device. Clearing browser data or using a different browser can make them unavailable.
In your account: choose Save a copy to upload a snapshot of your notes and attached audio to your private library on our servers. Open it through My library when signed in. After saving or opening a copy, note edits update that account copy while this workspace stays open. New recordings need a new copy.
A copy you control: use Download audio and Download notes to keep files on your device.

Keep this page open and your device awake while recording. Recovery can help after an interruption, but the latest moments may be missing.
